The difference
Most "AI solutions" stop at an assistant that answers when you ask. We go further and shape organisations with clearly defined actors: humans (HU-Actors) and AI-Actors, i.e. AI acting as an actor in its own right (a single AI agent or a coordinated ensemble). Both work together as equal partners. Where it fits, one human and one AI-Actor form a HY-Actor duo that appears outwardly as a single actor, while the human keeps responsibility.
Collaboration comes first: humans bring judgement, accountability and meaning, AI agents bring speed, scale and research. The new leadership task is to steer this human-AI team of HU-, AI- and HY-Actors, and that is exactly what we make learnable.
Not a one-way street
Human-AI collaboration runs both ways: AI is made human-compatible, and people develop with it. For this we deliberately help build a learning organisation and psychological safety.
