Steffen Höpfner

The mission comes first. Steffen Höpfner is a research-minded practitioner of AI transformation and governance, from project lead to the executive board, from the small enterprise to the international group. Someone who connects the structural and the human side of change: lived as a managing director, researched in the doctorate, accompanied as a systemic coach and consultant. Not everything is a special human-AI form: solid, classical project management is just as much part of the repertoire.

At orchestrationeers, "we" is deliberately a human-AI team that assembles from the right roles for each task: humans and AI-Actors. This is exactly the model we enable for you, rather than just talking about it. Where a project calls for it, we bring in suitable specialists from our network on a per-project basis.

Broad practice, from the small enterprise to the international group

The experience deliberately reaches beyond large organisations: from early stations in small specialist enterprises to leadership at the top of an internationally active group of companies with several holdings and subsidiaries, whose governance at group level was co-shaped. This makes the work relatable for mid-sized and family businesses of any size, not only for large organisations. He has been shaping processes and organisations for over two decades — today together with human-AI.

Research and practice, inseparable

Steffen Höpfner researches out of conviction, not to appear credible. As a "research-minded practitioner" Steffen Höpfner connects both: research on human-AI societies, agentic systems and AI governance, with the clear aim of creating concrete value for companies. The work couples AI strategy directly with business strategy, anchors governance across the entire lifecycle and steers transformation systemically: neutral, auditable, replicable. This includes published research and talks.
